How the ledger works.

1. Create your account

Sign up using an email address and password. Each account sees only its own movements.

2. Record outbound pallets

Outbound movements add to the quantity the counterparty owes you. Include an exchange slip or trip reference.

3. Record inbound returns

Inbound movements subtract from the balance. Use the same counterparty spelling.

4. Correct a mistake

Void a mistaken movement with a reason. The entry stays in history and no longer affects balances.

5. Export and reconcile

Download CSV regularly. This source beta limits accounts to 150 movements.

This manual ledger does not establish legal ownership, certify physical custody or guarantee financial accuracy.

Better handoffs begin with better records.

Why pallet balances drift

Handwritten exchange slips, spreadsheets and delayed updates can make the same pallet movement appear twice or not at all. A single ledger with references makes reconciliation easier.

Why corrections should be visible

Deleting a mistaken entry can erase the reason a balance changed. Voiding it preserves context for review.

This beta stores email addresses, hashed passwords, account-scoped movement records and session tokens. It does not intentionally collect payment-card information. Operator contact, deletion requests, retention policy and subprocessors must be finalized before commercial launch.
